Don LaFountain
Owner / Pilot in Command
Don started in ballooning as a crew member for local balloon pilots. This sparked a desire to pilot his own balloon and he went on to obtain his commercial pilot certificate in 2005. He has flown throughout New England, and in 2006 Don participated as a member of the American team competing in the 36th Irish Ballooning Championships in Athlone, Ireland. In 2007 Don started Misty River Ballooning located in Florence, MA
